Merit Mouse is operated by Lead Better, LLC. We help families manage chores and work toward parent-approved rewards. These terms apply to MeritMouse.com and your family account. Contact support@meritmouse.com with account or billing questions.
A parent is in charge
You must be an adult parent or legal guardian to create an account. You manage your family’s profiles, choose suitable chores and rewards, approve completed work, and supervise your children’s use. Keep your password and their PINs private. Children use the restricted family-device experience; they do not create independent accounts.
Points and real-world rewards
Points record effort within your family. They are not money, a bank balance, or a promise of cash value. You decide what each reward means and provide it yourself. Merit Mouse does not sell or deliver the rewards shown in examples. Redeeming a goal deducts its point cost from the child’s available balance.
Your trial and subscription
New eligible family accounts can start a seven-day free trial with payment details. After the trial, the family plan costs US $9.99 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Stripe shows the amount and the trial end date before you confirm. One free trial is available per family account.
Canceling and billing help
Use Family settings → Manage subscription to cancel. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. For a billing error or refund request, contact support@meritmouse.com. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law still apply.
Using your family space
Use the service for lawful family activities. Do not upload content you have no right to share, harmful material, or information about another family without permission. Do not try to access another account, interfere with the service, or bypass account protections. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used to run your family space. You can review your family’s chores, goals, and points in the dashboard. Contact support to request a copy or deletion of your family’s information.
The sample family
The demo uses fictional information and stores your edits only in your browser. It does not create a subscription, send notifications, or make charges. Use invented information in the demo.
Service changes
We may update the service and these terms as Merit Mouse develops. We will give notice of material changes that affect your account or billing. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
